Blake Legacy Update incoming within the next day.

Pictures are already edited, just need to write it up now.

Will also get around to uploading all those missing Blakes + replacing links.

I am such a slacker, I know. :[

... just busier than I anticipated. Sims 2 has definitely been on the backburner since the new WoW expansion came out and with the leveling to 80 and being a part of a hardcore raiding guild, my hours to play the Sims have been cut severely. However, since my guild already cleared available content (two weeks after release, good game Blizzard), raiding time will be cut to two days a week, which will leave me more time to play my legacies! With that in mind--

1) Expect a Blake update in a couple days. Generation 6 is certainly a handful, so I'd say 2 more updates into this generation.

2) Putting the Wexler legacy on hiatus for now, which makes me sad but I honestly have no time for it. All I have to say though... The Second Wexler, Romance Sim, LTW of 20 simultaneous lovers... is deemed gay by the game. LOL, thanks game.

3) I'm behind on so many legacies now. So many ;_____;

... and I got a killer tan + a slight sunburn. That's Hawaii weather for ya, I guess. :p I promise I will not infect the Hang Loose virus onto any of you, I swear.

Anyhoo, I have a massive to-do list, which includes catching up on 50 million legacies (and I follow a LOT of legacies D:) and getting my own update together. After some deliberation, I decided not to do the Elysium story because doing a story where I'll have to exert a LOT of control as opposed to the freestyling, free will commentary type legacy will just suck up a lot of time and I don't expect to have a lot of time in the future (especially when the new WoW expansion comes out in a couple weeks).

But yeah, a Blake update should be coming in a couple days. I stopped at when the kids just got into college and college updates normally take longer because I try not to use College Adjuster too much. Also, expect another commentary legacy because... well, I guess it's to fill in the void of my failed story project. It's just so much easier to keep up, I suppose. :o

Before I officially head off into my vacation, I introduce a little teaser that I hope to work on while I'm on the plane. I kinda wanna get a skeletal base going so hopefully I can get started on doing screencaps when I get back. :]

More rambling and junk!

1) I will be going on vacation this weekend for two weeks, so obviously updates won't be happening during those weeks. However, expect to see one more Blake update before then (the pictures are already uploaded). The next update will feature some experimentation with image quality and size, so expect the entry to load a bit slower.

2) I managed to rehost ALL of my images onto my own webhost after trying to deal with the photobucket bandwidth limit. So, no more photobucket and no need to censor all my images anymore! (not like I really tried to anyway...)

1) I included a Download-a-Blake, including up to generation 4 (Marli, Alvin, Leon). I'll probably include the generation 5 kids once they're in college, most likely after the next update.

4) After I get back, I'm fiddling around with the idea of starting a second legacy. I already have something made in CAS, we'll just see what time allows. :D

Bleh, spent about an hour writing up the update for generation 4.4 only to lose my draft D: Although, Photobucket is partly to blame since I rapidly (and unexpectedly) reached my bandwidth limit on my free account. So I spent a good part of today trudging through university with the generation 4 kids and looking for a way to get my pictures uploaded. I finally settled on just using LJ's scrapbook, but some slight confusion on actual posting led me to accidently delete... my entry. Sigh.

I'm actually working on getting some actual webspace for some image hosting, but I have no idea how long that's going to take (and rehosting + reediting entries is gonna take even longer) so I'll probably make another photobucket account. If I do end up getting my own webspace, I'll actually start putting up my sims for download as well. :]

Other than that, expect an update (and an heir poll!) later on today.

I do have some big plans in the works though, still contemplating a side project like another legacy. We'll see :D
